<p>A raw diet has proven to be of great aid in this regard after people following different variations of the diet have claimed drastic weight loss in a relatively short period of time, and without feeling hungry or miserable like you would with most diets. <p>The first thing that one can do is to increase their take of water. It&#8217;s well noted that the average human doesn&#8217;t get enough water. Not enough water means that you aren&#8217;t getting the wonders in which water can do for you. What does water do for you? For starters, it flushes out your system and rids of some of the toxins that can be found in you which can keep you from being healthy as well as losing weight. It also keeps you hydrated.
